  • Bricht die Probe zwischen der Trägerplatte und der Folie kann keine Aussage über den Einfluss des Peptids auf die Haftfestigkeit getroffen werden. Um dies zu verhindern wurde an dieser Stelle ein Klebstoff mit höherer Haftfestigkeit auf PP verwendet (LOCTITE® 460). Zusätzlich wurde die Corona‐ behandelte Folienseite mit einem Primer vorbehandelt. Anschließend konnte die unbehandelte Folienseite mit einer Peptid‐Stammlösung inkubiert und anschließend zum Entfernen überflüssigen Peptids gewaschen werden (2). Im letzten Schritt wurde der Teststempel mit einer definierten Menge des Klebstoffs (LOCTITE® 496) versehen und unter Druck auf die Peptidbeschichtete PP‐Folie geklebt (3). Nach einer Aushärtung über 24 Stunden wurde die Haftfestigkeit der Proben in der LUMIFrac ®‐Zentrifuge geprüft. Charakterisierung ausgewählter Peptide in Hinblick auf haftvermittelnde Eigenschaften durch Zugversuche
  • Die Untersuchung einer möglichen Anwendung dieser Polypropylen‐bindenden Peptidsequenz als wasserbasierter Haftvermittler erfolgte in Zugversuchen. Nach der Peptidbeschichtung wurden in Kombination mit einem kommerziellen Klebstoff signifikant höhere Haftfestigkeiten auf Polypropylen im Vergleich zur unbeschichteten Oberfläche erreicht. Im Vergleich zu einem kommerziell erhältlichen Primer erreicht das Peptid etwa 50% der Haftfestigkeit des Primers. Der bedeutende Vorteil des Peptids ist die Beschichtung ausgehend von einem vollständig wasserbasierten System
  • während technische Primer in toxischen organischen Lösungsmitteln wie Heptan auf die Oberfläche aufgetragen werden. Sowohl die Bindungskräfte als auch der haftverbessernde Effekt des Peptids LYARDVSRYWHV ist sequenzabhängig.
